Terms & Conditions

Toon Royale ("the Game", "the Service") is provided by Franek Skrzynski ("we", "us"), a sole trader. By creating an account, playing the Game or purchasing any virtual item, you enter into an agreement with Franek Skrzynski on these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Toon Royale is a browser-based multiplayer battle royale game. Accounts may hold in-game progression, virtual currencies (coins and gems), a battle pass and cosmetic items. All virtual items and currencies are a limited, revocable licence to use them inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred outside of the Game.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
• commit fraud, chargeback abuse, spam or harassment of other players;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• cheat, use aimbots, modified clients, macros, exploits or automation of gameplay;
• interfere with the security of the Service, including malware, probing, scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing technical limits or overloading our servers;
• buy, sell, rent or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Game.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the game software, artwork, characters, cosmetics, sounds, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Service level

We work to keep the Game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Matches, servers, features, balance and cosmetic availability may change, be suspended or be discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Purchases, billing and taxes

Purchases of gems, bundles and the premium battle pass are processed by Paddle. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on your location. Virtual items are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or payment reversal, security or fraud risk, cheating, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable and lawful we will give notice first. When your access ends, your licence to virtual items ends with it; you may request a copy of your account data before deletion (see the Privacy Notice).

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, progression or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and the courts of Poland have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page.
